These instructions are using only parts from 10243 Parisian Restaurant set. It is not using any spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.

On the first floor there is kitchen studio where customers can get professional kitchen equipment. Next to the building there is small yard behind gate and there are also stairs leading to the first floor. In the back of the building there is wet corner where water is leaking from the installed kitchen sink.

On the second floor there is a room for wine tasting. Whole group can order the experience and then taste all kinds of wines. There is also small balcony in the front.
On the third floor there is a cozy room which can be also booked when there is too much wine for one evening. Degustation can also continue on the spacious terrace.

Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
