My monument to honor my lost little hero.

I build this last year in commemoration of the loss of our youngest son.

In short: He got sick during pregnancy and got a treatment which should have cured him at that time. Sadly against all odds the treatment didn’t work and prognoses got really grim. Again against all odds, he was born on June 23rd, 32 weeks in the pregnancy and he was the most wonderful thing in the world. Sadly he was still very sick, he fought for his life for 5 weeks. It was a losing battle… He was with us for 23 days and we miss him very much, so this is for him. We miss you…
