The Turquoise Tea House is the counterpart of the Sunny Side Apt MOC. It uses the turquoise brick separators as part of the facade. The upper levels are the same as the Sunny Side Apt where the middle floor has the kitchen & dining area and the top level has the bedroom. The ground floor has a tea shop. It is intended to look kike an affordable housing that people can add to their city.
