This LEGO Store & Radio Station modular building design utilizes parts from the official sets 40305, 40145 and 40359; however, the facade and overall height fits more into the modular creator expert sets. The idea was to have an older building with the ground floor being renovated to a modern look while maintaining a classic look of the upper floors.
The second floor is a continuation of the LEGO store with displays of mini LEGO buildings.
The third floor is a radio station where the DJ can play “Everything is Awesome” all day long or do an interview with 1 or 2 guests. It also has an access to the rooftop.
The instruction comes with the complete parts list as well as an extra parts list considering if the builder already has the sets 40305, 40145 and 40359.
