This is my model of NASA’s Space Launch System Block 1.
The model is in the usual 1:110 scale and is the first
of my models that I will end up in this scale.
With this model all phases of the Artemis 1 mission
can be recreated, but it is still a display model.
This model includes three stands if you want
to display the model lying down and a display platform.
I have also created the MOC-136982 Mobile Launcher model
for this model. However, this is not a must,
and the instructions must also be purchased separately.

Information about the Model:
The Space Launch System, or SLS for short, is a heavy-duty rocket designed for NASA
for manned exploration of space beyond low earth orbit.
The first unmanned launch took place on November 16, 2022,
with a first unmanned launch planned for 2024. Technologically,
the rocket builds on the plans of the Ares V rocket that were never
realized as part of the Constellation program. The development is based on the main engines,
the solid fuel boosters and the external tank of the space shuttle program, which ended in 2011.
