HOW IT WORKS:

1. Follow the instructions to create a vibrant city square with up to 20 Modular Buildings. 2. Place the modular buildings in the desired locations. 3. Add the roads, pedestrian paths, trees, fountain, kids playground, fitness area, drinking area, relaxing area, sunbath area, and food & drink stalls.

This is the most ideal square with roads for all your Modular Buildings and other Modular MOCs. The square is 5.5 baseplates wide and 3 baseplates deep. This City Square contains 9801 pieces. All pieces are easy available new as well as second hand. No rare pieces are used.

The square is designed in such a way that the Modular Buildings are easily accessible and visible and it is also future-proof (for new upcoming or MOC Modular Buildings) because of the possibility to add numerous Modular Buildings to the front of the square or even make it wider left or right from the square.

The square is decorated with lots of greenery and trees and a large fountain is the central point of the square. To get the ultimate city feeling, the square has 4 relaxation areas inside and on the outside of the square there are numerous shops.

There is enough space on the square and on the roads for all mini figures and vehicles such as bicycles, scooters and cars that belong to the Modular Buildings and all your other minifigs and vehicles.
