Most Harry Potter sets have great facades but are in a doll-house style where the back of the buildings are open. This privet drive MOC is an interpretation of Harry’s house featured in LEGO set 75968 in a modular form in which it is a complete building with removable levels similar to the Creator – expert modular series. The design still retains its play features while further enhancing the compatibility of the set with other buildings in a LEGO city. The house is not accurate compared to the real house in the movies but contains the minimum to be considered a proper house (i.e. living room, dining, kitchen, bedroom and even a toilet).

The design consists of 1166 pieces. It does not fully utilize 2 sets of #75968; however, the second set covers most of the essential requirements such as the slopes for the roof, the tan & dark tan bricks & plates, the door and windows. Additional pieces are still required, but most are easily accessible.

Credit also goes to DrMcBrick who posted a video on youtube wherein he completed Privet Drive; although his build could not be separated into levels and the interior remained almost the same as the original set.
