A police station MOC for the modular buildings series.
The building is on two 32×32 baseplates (about twice a wide as most modular buildings). The build consists of 5 sections: the ground floor, the upper floor- split into 3 modular sections, and the roof. The interior is fully furnished with plenty of details and surprises! Outside the building are some detailed hedges and lamp posts. The ground floor has a parking space for a police car or truck.
Instructions are divided to reflect the modular sections: 7 total PDFs (the ground floor is split into 2 parts. 5 individual instructions for the remaining sections).
