“The next building to expand my vibrant High Street is a “24-7 CONVENIENCE STORE” aka “THE 7” It is busiest between 7 and 11 but is open day and night.

There is a language school on the first floor and spa / massage parlour on the second floor.

It is somewhat inspired by the convenience stores in South-East Asia hence the air conditioning units on every floor and sun protection on most windows.

The water tap in the back is faulty and the leaking water makes the plants grow on the wall – dog seems to like it there too.”

You can use the XML file for bricklink if you want to purchase some or all the parts from there. Currently you need to open XML file with notepad, then copy and paste into bricklink wanted list.

I created a pdf list of parts on white background so it can be printed if required.
