Leaky Cauldron & Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment
This is an expansion module for the new 2020 Diagon Alley Set (75978), it has the same connection points and tops the set off perfectly!
This module is featuring the iconic Leaky Cauldron with the brick wall entrance to Diagon Alley and the shop Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment!
This model has two main features integrated: A removable side of the brick-entrance to get a good view on Harry and Hagrid in case you want to place them in there, and a rotatable wall to get a good view into the Leaky Cauldron (otherwise there wouldn’t have been any possibility of accessing the interior)!
The Leaky Cauldron on the right side has three exterior parts that are supposed to be visible: the rotatable side, the side with the iconic brick-entrance to Diagon Alley and the front side with the black entrance towards the Charing Cross Road (muggle world). The backside is supposed to be covered later by another random muggle building (or just leave it blank if you wish).
There are two possibilitys of connecting this module to Diagon Alley:
You have the option to build a wall which you can attach to the shop facing towards this module in the closed-off assembly of Diagon Alley to close off the whole market street from the muggle world:
In the Leaky Cauldron you will find the iconic bar area and one chamber (perhaps the one where Harry Potter “fought” with his Monsterbook Of Monsters?).
Wiseacre’s Wizarding Equipment consists of one salesroom on the ground level full of magical instruments, the bedroom of the owner on the first level and one balcony with a few barrels.
Total parts: 2098 with wall / ~1800 without wall
Notes: You will receive a partslist (XML) for the model with wall and one partslist for the model without the wall, it only makes sense to build that wall if you plan on displaying Diagon Alley in the closed-off variant (or want to have the option to do that)! Furthermore you will get the Stud.io files and a detailed PDF-instructions for the model! The parts for the model cost between 140€-200€.
