BREAKING BAD IS BACK!

In honour of the Breaking Bad movie ‘El Camino‘  I designed my own interpretation of the vehicular inspiration for the Netflix movie, the 1981 Chevrolet El Camino.

In addition to serving as Jesse’s ride in the movie, this was the car driven by Jesse in the last scene of the final episode of Breaking Bad and prior to that, Todd’s car in the show.

The original El Camino was leased by Topanga Productions for use in the series and featured a Vortec 5.7 Liter V-8 with headers and a 4 barrel carb, with the engine mated to a 4-Speed manual transmission. Additional extras included an Autometer Tachometer & Shift light which were clearly visible in Jesse’s get-away scene.

I’ve tried to be as true to the original as building with Lego allows and in addition to including the tachometer on the dashboard, I’ve created decal stickers for the exterior of the car with factory red “SS” stripes, “SS” badging and the original car’s New Mexico license plate. The car’s interior is also complete with red bucket seats and red carpeting.

Those who purchase the instructions will receive:

– 57-page professionally designed, detailed PDF instruction guide
– XML Bricklink parts list
– JPG/PNG files containing printable graphics for your build

As always, any questions just get in touch!

Thanks
