This is the framed version of Creator 3-in-1 31105 Townhouse Toy Store! No extra brick is required and you get all necessary parts within in the offical set!

The idea of my LEGO Frame project comes from the situation that displaying an official set at home needs too much space.  When a new set comes, the old set has to go.  However, instead of putting the old set back to its box, would it be a good idea to reduce it into a photo frame and hang it on the wall?  Displaying a photo frame needs minimal space and one can also keep it free from dust!

The MOC
440 out of 554 or about 80% of the parts from the official set have been used.  Some spare parts are also required.  The 90-page building instruction contains 115 steps which are easy to follow.   

This framed MOC fit perfectly in an IKEA Ribba Photo Frame 23×23 cm.  The backdrop is just a piece of paper. I pick a blue sky and you can have your choice.
