Friends Business Corner is a modification of the official LEGO set 10292 – Friends Apartments. It consists of 2030, of which 1915 pieces come from the official set and 115 are extra parts that need to be acquired separately.

Note: all the extra parts except for the base plate are used for the pavement only. Meaning, the MOC can be built with just the set and a 32×32 baseplate. The other parts are optional.
