Atomic Pile from the original set with minor modifications.
Rock Wall that is removable and modular. Gray Batcowl in the Rockwall. (Rock cowl can be build in Dark Tan too)
Raised platform for the Reactor. Rock features.
Batman and Robin’s slide poles.  (Parts from the Manor section of the original set are not used much at all).
Slide out Runway with hidden compartment.
Batmobile Parking Bay with Batcomputers.
Minifigs not included.
Designed to fit the area of an IKEA Kallax Bookcase (the one with the squares).
