A modern house with a pool and roof deck! What more could a minifig dream of? This house adds on to my current modern houses, and can be used both in a city or as a display piece. It is fully modular, and each floor and roof can be removed. As this house is modelled after a ‘semi-detached’, it shares one wall with its neighbour. The right wall is the adjoining wall, and can be placed against a wall or even built together with a matching reverse to show a pair of houses. The interior is just like a brand new house, empty, so that you can fit it out to your liking!

The base is just a placeholder, and it can be mounted directly onto baseplates. Any red bricks in the instructions are ‘filler’ bricks, so you can get any colour/condition. The parts list for a matching right side is exactly the same, although instructions for that are not included.
