These instructions are using parts from 21330 Home Alone set and a 32×32 baseplate. You need also spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.
The building consists of four floors and a van. On the first floor there is a luxury toy store with functioning train model, racing circuit and planes. The store is accessible by revolving doors. In the second part of the first floor there are stairs to the apartment and access to the nature behind the building.
On the second floor there large living area with kitchen and living room with fire place and large clocks.
On the third floor there is primary bedroom with on suit bathroom. Bedroom also have fancy fireplace.
On the forth floor under the roof there is a room for a child. It is also eauiped with small fireplace which can illuminate whole area!
