These instructions are using only parts from 10297 Boutique Hotel set. You need also spare parts from the original set. You will get light and dark version of the handcrafted instructions in PDF and bricklink list in XML.

The modular building consists of two separated buildings. Both buildings have two floors. On the first floor of the smaller building there is entrance to a small gallery with designer stairs and in the bigger building is entrance to royal crown exhibition decorated with large antique mirror. There is also toilet under the stairs.

On the second floor of the smaller building there is gallery of modern art. In the bigger building there is exhibition of royal crowns and other antique relicts.
Roof of the smaller building is mostly transparent in order to have more light in the gallery. Roof of the bigger building is decorated with clock tower.

Instructions are handcrafted in Studio 2.0 with all details and proper views of the build. You should be able to build this modular building without any issues. Please let me know via private message if something will not be clear. I will try to help you.
