The RMS Mauretania was a British ocean liner operated by the Cunard line launched in 1906 and sailed until her retirement in 1935.
For 20 years she was the fastest ship in service on the trans-Atlantic route and she held the Blue Ribband on both Westbound and Eastbound routes from 1909 to 1929!

This MOC is a 1:400 scale replica of the ship, it has 1871 parts and it is 23 inches / 58 cm long.
This is the smallest ship model that I have designed so far, in fact it was really challenging for me doing it as accurate as possible despite its limitated size.
Thanks to the use of small parts as tiles, plates and some technic parts as well as modified plates and bricks, the result is indeed a very detailed and realistic MOC.
The style of this model is a typical Creator / Creator Expert design, with a stimulating and enjoing building process!
