The Medieval Merchant’s House is an alternative build of the LEGO official set 31120. It is modular in style with the ground floor being the merchant’s supply store and the upper floor being his home. It utilizes 1051 pieces and does not require any other pieces aside from the ones available from set 31120. The MOC is a perfect addition to a LEGO medieval town or with some minor modifications, in a LEGO city as well.
Note: Further improvement that can be made is to build the MOC on a 16×32 baseplate to make it easier to fit into a modular LEGO city.
