The Williams FW-26 was designed by Patrick Head, Gavin Fisher and Antonia Terzi and competed in the 2004 season. It is best known for the radical “Walrus” nose design to revolutionize the aerodynamics design.
Updated to v1.1!
It was driven by Ralf Schumacher and Juan Pablo Montoya as the latter being tipped as one of the main title contenders. Unfortunately the car proved to be inconsistent and Schumacher and Montoya couldn’t get the most out of it and break the Ferrari dominance.
The car only claimed one win and one pole position.
The car is designed so a complete minifig can fit by temporarily removing the tiles on the side of the cockpit. It is also designed to match the speed champions 2020 scale as closely as possible.
Free sticker sheet now available with the instructions! It must be printed on a white vinyl sheet at a 1:1 ratio (do not scale and must be actual size). The sticker sheet will also be made available from https://www.ultimatecollectorstickers.co.uk/
Minifig is NOT included in the instructions or parts list.
