The McLaren MCL35 was designed by James Key and competed in the 2020 F1 season. With the help of it’s drivers Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris they were able to secure 2 podiums and 3 fastest laps as they progress back to the front of the grid in terms of results.
Updated to v1.1!
They also claimed 3rd in the constructor’s title which was a big leap for them.
The car is designed so a complete minifig can fit by lifting the “Halo” and temporarily removing the tiles on the side of the cockpit. It is also designed to match the speed champions 2020 scale as closely as possible.
Free sticker sheet now available with the instructions! It must be printed on a white vinyl sheet at a 1:1 ratio (do not scale and must be actual size). The sticker sheet will also be made available from https://www.ultimatecollectorstickers.co.uk/
Minifig is NOT included in the instructions or parts list.
The bricks can be bought from bricklink.com.
To buy the bricks either refer to the guide included in downloadable files on how to import a xml list on bricklink or refer to the parts list if you are planning to buy from any other website.
