The Brawn BGP001 is at the heart of arguably one of the unique stories of F1 history. Honda withdrew last minute before the start of the 2009 season and then the team was bought by Ross Brawn it’s team principal. It’s drivers Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button went on to claim 8 wins out of 17 races in which Button also won the Driver’s championship that year.
The car was also at the heart of the “double diffuser” controversy which led it to the constructor’s championship as well in the only season it has ever raced.
The car is designed so a complete minifig can fit by temporarily removing the tiles on the side of the cockpit. It is also designed to match the speed champions 2020 scale as closely as possible.
Free sticker sheet now available with the instructions! It must be printed on a white vinyl sheet at a 1:1 ratio (do not scale and must be actual size). The sticker sheet will also be made available from https://www.ultimatecollectorstickers.co.uk/
Minifig is NOT included in the instructions or parts list.
PLEASE NOTE: This listing includes instructions only and no bricks will be supplied!
