The Brabham BT46B as driven by Niki Lauda in the 1978 Swedish Grand Prix. It was designed by Gordon Murray.

The “B” spec car is better known as the fan car in which a fan was mounted at the back of the car. This was claimed as extra cooling but it extracted alot of air underneath the car generating extreme amount of downforce.

Even though the FIA agreed it could race the rest of the season it was withdrawn after one race in which it claimed victory due to concern regarding potential further protests from other teams.

The car is designed so a complete minifig can fit by temporarily removing the tiles on the side of the cockpit. It is also designed to match the speed champions 2020 scale as closely as possible.

Free sticker sheet now available with the instructions! It must be printed on a white vinyl sheet at a 1:1 ratio (do not scale and must be actual size). The sticker sheet will also be made available from https://www.ultimatecollectorstickers.co.uk/

Minifig is NOT included in the instructions or parts list.

PLEASE NOTE: This listing includes instructions only and no bricks will be supplied!
The bricks can be bought from bricklink.com.
