Ferrari Testarossa was introduced in 1984 at Paris Auto Show and became one of the most popular and mass-produced models of Ferrari. Over 10.000 cars in total were produced in different variations until 1996. Testarossa’s characteristic beautiful lines designed originally by Pininfarina make this model one of the most iconic Ferraris of all time.

This is an 8 studs wide Speed Champions style 327 pieces detailed and solid build display model. There are some advanced, yet easy to follow building techniques used.

The finished model fits one minifigure with a helmet or short hair on driver’s seat. In order to fit a minifigure you would have to replace the steering wheel for instance with a round 1×1 tile. I’ve used bigger steering wheel (part 16091) than those used in all Speed Champions sets, because it is more appropriate in this scale. Originally there are two binoculars in black color used for the exhaust pipes (part 30162). As it is a rare and expensive piece the part list includes two binoculars in dark blueish gray – the difference is minor.

You would probably like to apply Ferrari emblem sticker from any suitable Ferrari set – possibly 75890 or 76896 (sticker sheet not included in the parts list), as well as any suitable rear plate sticker.
